Anni and Natalie back from the Florida Keys

Dr. Anni Djurhuus and Natalie Sawaya are back in St. Petersburg, FL, after a successful trip to the Florida Keys aboard the R/V Walton Smith.

Anni and Natalie collected approximately 100 water samples using a conductivity, temperature, depth (CTD) instrument mounted on a carousel fitted with Niskin bottles (see picture, left). The samples were collected all across the Florida Keys and the west coast of Florida for the Marine Biodiversity Observation Project.
